Yousheng Tire Launches Public Notice for 2 Million Steel Radial Tire Project

On September 25, Shandong Yousheng Tire Co., Ltd. announced that the environmental impact report for its "Annual Production of 2 Million Steel Radial Tire Product Quality Improvement, Green, and Intelligent Transformation Project" has been publicly disclosed prior to approval. This significant project will be located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Bohai Avenue and Yanglin Road in Yangkou Town, Shouguang City, Weifang.

According to Tire World Network, the project plans to comprehensively renovate existing buildings, which includes phasing out 51 units of model 1620 vulcanizing machines and some outdated equipment, and purchasing 66 units of model 1655 vulcanizing machines along with a series of supporting updated equipment. These measures aim to enhance production efficiency and improve product quality.

Additionally, the project will establish photovoltaic power generation facilities and pollution prevention equipment to meet increasingly stringent environmental standards, facilitating a green transformation in production. Once completed, the project is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 2 million steel radial tires, further solidifying Yousheng's competitive position in the market.

Yousheng Tire is also steadily advancing another investment project in Zhucheng City, Weifang, with a total investment of 5.16 billion yuan, aiming for an annual output of 15 million tires. Currently, equipment debugging is underway, with completion and production expected in October. Through these continuous investments and innovations, Yousheng Tire aims to not only strengthen its production capacity but also actively promote the tire industry’s shift toward intelligence and environmental sustainability, contributing to sustainable development.
