The total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan, and it is planned to carry out technical transformation of the production line of the original factory. Its construction content, including new semi-steel radial tire workshop, finished product warehouse, etc.; At the same time, major equipment such as molding machines were purchased, totaling 182 sets (sets). The project is expected to begin construction in November 2023 and be operational in February 2024. It aims to build an intelligent industry 4.0 model factory integrating automation, information technology and intelligence.

The total investment of this project is 150 million yuan, of which 2 million yuan is invested in environmental protection.

It covers an area of 1893.94 square meters and a building area of 7972.31 square meters. The company plans to build an experimental workshop building with 1 floor underground and 4 floors above ground. There are finished tire laboratories, tire material laboratories, and various testing equipment and instruments in the building. After completion, it can provide testing data, theoretical basis and product trial production for the design, development and performance improvement of high-performance green test tires.
