TRAC Opens Nominations for 2024 Industry Leadership Awards

CAMBRIDGE, Ontario — The Tire and Rubber Association of Canada (TRAC) has commenced its search for nominees for the 2024 Industry Leadership Awards.

These annual awards serve as a platform to recognize outstanding achievements within the tire and rubber industry, providing individuals and organizations with an opportunity to showcase their contributions, elevate their professional profiles, and distinguish themselves in the competitive landscape, according to TRAC.

The awards aim to honor individuals and companies demonstrating dedication and excellence in various aspects of the tire and rubber industry, including sustainability and end-of-life tire management businesses.

Nominations are being accepted until April 26 across four categories:

Leader of the Year

Young Leader

Lifetime Achievement

Sustainability

For additional details and to submit nominations, interested parties are directed to visit the TRAC website.

While anyone can nominate a deserving individual or organization, self-nominations are restricted to corporations in the Sustainability category.  Corporate nominees are required to maintain a physical presence, such as an office or facility, in Canada, whereas individual nominees may be located anywhere.

The awards ceremony is scheduled to coincide with TRAC's annual general meeting on June 6.
