Tire Group International (TGI) recently announced the successful acquisition of its long-time partner Avan Tire Supply, further expanding its business footprint in the American market. Avan Tire Supply, headquartered in the scenic city of Portland, Oregon, has long been a significant player in the tire wholesale distribution sector.

This acquisition marks TGI's strategic expansion in the Western U.S. market, particularly in the Pacific Northwest region. TGI states that this merger is part of its ongoing plan to expand its presence in key strategic markets in the U.S., aimed at strengthening its distribution network and market influence.

By integrating Avan Tire Supply, TGI will be able to more effectively promote its brands, including well-recognized names in the tire industry such as Cosmo, Astro, and Duramas. This move is expected to enhance the company's market coverage and competitive edge in the fiercely competitive tire market.

Joaquin Gonzalez Jr., President of TGI, stated in a release, "This acquisition is a key step in our strategic plan, strengthening our operations in the Pacific Northwest and laying a solid foundation for further development of our brands in the U.S. market."

TGI is a leading tire distributor involved in various sectors, including passenger car tires, light truck tires, and industrial and agricultural tires. The company represents renowned brands both domestically and internationally, such as Linglong, Giti Tire, Kenda, Kumho, MRF, Cooper, and Petlas.
