Haohua Tyre to Expand Annual Capacity by 9 Million Units with Smart Manufacturing Upgrade
For the all-steel tire production line, Haohua will introduce nitrogen-based vulcanization technology, replacing traditional methods to improve product quality and energy efficiency.
Key upgrades include:

Installation of 120 new vulcanizing machines

Upgrades to 30 existing machines

Deployment of a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and in-house nitrogen generation equipment
Once completed, the plant will gain an additional annual capacity of 1 million all-steel radial tires, bringing the total to 2.8 million units per year.
Semi-Steel Tire Expansion: More Machines, Better Quality Control
The semi-steel production line will also undergo significant enhancements:

Addition of 16 new tire building machines

Installation of 2 steel cord fabric cutters

Setup of 3 new uniformity testing machines

Full implementation of a MES digital control system
These improvements will increase the semi-steel tire production capacity by 8 million units per year, reaching a total of 20 million tires annually.
