Announcement of Lian Ke New Materials' 3000-Ton Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber Project

Recently, the government departments of Tengzhou City in Shandong Province announced a public consultation for the 3000-ton annual production of hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) project. This initiative aims to gather opinions and suggestions from all sectors of society, reflecting a significant step forward in Tengzhou City's efforts to promote the development of the new materials industry.

The project, with a total investment of 300 million RMB, is undertaken by Shandong Lian Ke New Materials Co., Ltd. It is located on the north side of Fufu Road in Mushizhen Town, Tengzhou City, covering an area of approximately 36,667 square meters. The construction content includes production facilities, a central control building, a power center, a research and development center, and warehouses for raw materials and finished products. Once fully operational, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of hydrogenated nitrile rubber.

Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is a highly saturated specialty elastomer known for its excellent resistance to heat, oxidation, ozone, radiation, and chemicals. It is widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, petrochemicals, and electronics. Therefore, the construction of this project not only meets the growing demand for high-performance elastomer materials in domestic and international markets but also significantly enhances the overall competitiveness of China's rubber industry.

Shandong Lian Ke New Materials Co., Ltd. stated that the project design and construction process will strictly adhere to environmental protection and safety standards, ensuring green and sustainable development.The company will also increase investment in research and development to enhance independent innovation capabilities, striving to make Tengzhou a benchmark base for hydrogenated nitrile rubber production.
